Thank you for choosing a Crystal Capsule creation. Like gifted flowers, balloons are beautifully temporary works of art designed to elevate a meaningful moment. Over time, all balloons will naturally soften and deflate at varying rates depending on their design and environment.

To help preserve the beauty of your arrangement for as long as possible, please review the following information.

  • For optimal presentation, keep your balloon indoors at a consistent room temperature between 68°F–72°F.

    Avoid direct sunlight, heated vehicles, fireplaces, radiators, and excessive warmth, as heat may cause expansion and weaken the balloon material.

    Cooler temperatures may temporarily create soft wrinkles or slight deflation. Once returned to room temperature, the balloon will typically regain its smooth appearance.

  • Each Artisan Balloon is delicately handcrafted and should be handled gently.

    Hold only from the base or weighted section.

    Avoid contact with jewelry, textured surfaces, sharp objects, pets, or rough handling.

    Excessive touching may affect the appearance and longevity of the design.

  • If it is a “Grand Reveal” or “Pop Here” balloon, please refer to “The Grand Reveal” section for detailed information.

    For a refined and quieter experience:

    Use small scissors to create a tiny incision just above the knot or tie.

    Allow the air to release slowly and naturally to preserve the elegance of the presentation and reveal the keepsakes inside. Pure decor balloons may use the same air release method.

  • Crystal Capsules are intended for decorative use and adult handling only.

    Adult supervision is strongly recommended.

    Balloon fragments and internal embellishments may present a choking hazard.

    In the event of a rupture, promptly gather and discard all balloon pieces and decorative contents.

  • Longevity varies depending on the balloon style, environment, and handling. While gradual softening is natural, proper care will help extend the beauty of your arrangement.

Thank you for choosing The Grand Reveal to create an unforgettable moment. Whether revealing keepsakes, messages, or a special announcement, your balloon has been carefully designed to deliver a beautiful experience from beginning to end.

Before the Reveal

  • Handle your balloon arrangement gently and keep away from sharp objects or rough surfaces.

  • For best results, display indoors in a room-temperature environment away from direct sunlight and extreme heat or cold.


  • To ensure the intended reveal experience:

    Pop the balloon only within the designated “Pop Here” area.

    Popping outside of the marked area may cause both balloons to deflate prematurely.

    Use care when puncturing to maintain the structure and appearance of the display.

  • Once the balloon has been popped:

    Immediately seal the opening using the attached extra flap provided.

    Proper sealing helps preserve the remaining balloon structure and presentation after the reveal.

  • Avoid excessive handling once inflated.

    Keep away from sharp objects, open flames, and extreme temperatures.

    Avoid exposure to very hot or cold environments, as temperature changes may affect balloon performance and appearance.

  • Safety Notice:

    This luxury reveal experience is intended for decorative use and adult participation only. Adult supervision is strongly recommended at all times. Balloon fragments and decorative contents should be discarded promptly after popping to avoid potential choking hazards. The reveal kit also includes a small sharp pin used during the popping process and should be handled with care. Not intended for children.
