To honor the artistry, materials, and dedicated design time reserved for each made‑to‑order creation, full payment is required at the time your order is placed. This ensures your bespoke piece enters our crafting schedule with the care and priority it deserves.
Custom & Bespoke Order Policy
Every custom and personalized design is crafted with intention and tailored exclusively to your specifications. Once an order is submitted, it moves immediately into our preparation and design process. For this reason, all bespoke pieces are considered final sale, and refunds, cancellations, or modifications cannot be accommodated after placement.

We hold our craftsmanship to an elevated standard. Should your order arrive with any concerns related to quality or handling, please notify us within 24 hours so we may assist with attentive care.
Design & Delivery Details
Elevate your gifting experience with our bespoke creations, thoughtfully crafted for life’s most meaningful moments. We proudly serve Milwaukee and the surrounding areas with local pickup and delivery, with delivery fees calculated by distance from the 53222 area. At this time, shipping is unavailable. Limited shipping for select DIY kits and smaller curated items may be introduced in the future; however, you are welcome to contact us to inquire about possible accommodations.
Because each piece is individually designed and artfully curated, personalized and custom submissions require a minimum of one week’s notice (if scheduling permits). To enjoy the fullest range of design possibilities, we encourage placing orders as early as possible.
Select Signature Curated Gift Sets may be available with complimentary expedited turnaround. Additional personalization fees may apply unless otherwise noted within the product description.
Rush accommodations may be possible depending on availability and will incur a rush service fee. For custom inquiries, design consultations, and pickup or delivery arrangements, please contact us directly.
Crystal Capsule Disclaimer
To preserve the beauty and presentation of your crystal capsule—a delicately stretched balloon designed to showcase your curated gifts—we kindly ask that you review the following before placing your order.
Each capsule is crafted with care and is designed to maintain its optimal appearance for approximately five days, with its most pristine presentation typically occurring within the first 24 to 48 hours. Longevity may vary based on handling and environmental conditions.
Excessive shifting of the items inside, direct handling of the capsule rather than the base, or exposure to heat, sunlight, sharp objects, or sudden temperature changes may affect its clarity, shape, and durability.
For best results, please carry, transport, and display your crystal capsule by the base only, and keep it indoors in a cool, room temperature‑controlled environment.
Crystal capsules that are not filled with curated gifts and contain air only typically enjoy a much longer lifespan, as they are not placed under the same level of tension.
